Facilitation & workshops
Bringing people together to create, collaborate and move forward
I design and facilitate workshops and collaborative processes that bring people together around shared questions and challenges.
I create engaging spaces for participation, dialogue and collective learning—helping teams and organisations discover new perspectives, strengthen collaboration and translate ideas into concrete action.
Drawing on my background in leadership and organisational development, my work across disciplines with creative practitioners, and my training in coaching and innovation management, I combine participatory approaches, Design Thinking, and agile methods to design processes tailored to your specific context.

How I work
A process shaped around your needs
I don't work with a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we clarify the question and identify who needs to be involved. I then design a process that fits your context.
Depending on the challenge, this can take the form of a single workshop, a team day or a longer collaborative process.
1. Explore — Clarifying the challenge and objectives.
2. Design — Developing the right format, methods and process.
3. Facilitate — Creating the conditions for dialogue, participation and exchange.
4. Move forward — Translating insights and ideas into concrete next steps.
Selected projects
Museumsquartier Bern —
From separation to collaboration (2021 – 2024)

As strategic lead and coordinator, I worked to bring eleven cultural and educational institutions together around a shared vision. I developed structures and working groups, initiated collaborative formats and projects, and helped build trust between diverse stakeholders. Initiatives such as the Sommerfest, Kitchen Talks and Mehr Natur! created opportunities to work together in new ways, while a joint cross-marketing strategy laid the foundations for a shared umbrella brand.

ParMi — Reflecting on roles, responsibilities and collaboration (2026)

Designed and facilitated a participatory workshop for the board of ParMi, an organisation supporting the inclusion, integration and autonomy of unaccompanied migrant minors and young adults in the canton of Fribourg. I brought twelve participants together to reflect on the organisation's role, evaluate the functioning of its board and working groups, and clarify mandates, roles and responsibilities. Through collaborative exercises and structured dialogue, the workshop helped identify challenges, shared priorities and next steps.

Encuentros NAVE —
Building a community of practice (2021)

Co-designed and co-facilitated a three-month international online programme bringing together more than thirty artist residency professionals from Latin America and Europe. Through six sessions combining dialogue, peer exchange and collaborative working formats, participants explored the role of artist residencies, shared experiences and questioned existing practices. The process fostered a community of practice and generated collective knowledge and material for a publication mapping the residency landscape and its contribution to cultural ecosystems.
Participation · Co-creation · Peer learning
Kitchen Talks — Creating spaces for exchange and collaboration (2022 – 2024)

Developed as a series of gatherings for cultural professionals, the Kitchen Talks combined expert presentations, roundtable discussions and interactive workshops. Using Museumsquartier Bern as a real-life case study, participants explored shared challenges around brand architecture, marketing, audience development and destination development. The format encouraged peer learning, knowledge exchange and new connections across institutions.
Knowledge exchange · Peer learning · Collaborative formats
EcoArtLab / HKB — From shared perspectives to concrete ideas (2026)

Designed and facilitated a participatory workshop for around sixty participants, using creative prompts and a World Café format to bring different perspectives into conversation. Across several rounds of discussion, participants explored shared questions, developed ideas and worked towards making them more concrete and actionable. The format combined individual reflection, small-group exchange and collective thinking, helping turn a broad range of contributions into proposals for a shared manifesto.
Large group facilitation · Creative methods · Collective thinking
Hackathon — Imagining new possibilities together (2022 – 2024)

Initiated and collectively developed the concept for a large-scale hackathon together with colleagues from across Museumsquartier Bern. The idea was to create an open, experimental space where people from different institutions and backgrounds could come together to explore shared challenges, exchange perspectives and develop unexpected ideas. The process drew on collective intelligence, creative thinking and a willingness to approach familiar questions from new angles.
