Work experience
In charge of the development of the new department Programme at the Historical Museum Basel. In the future all public activities (exhibitions, cultural mediation, events and other formats) will be developed from the point of view of cultural mediation. This needs a new strategy, new cultural offers, a reorganization and new processes for project management.
- Led the transformation of Museumsquartier Bern into an interdisciplinary cultural hub, integrating 11 cultural and educational institutions.
